  • The ability to travel with the classroom for overnights, totaling two weeks out of the year, M - F.
  • The skills of both self-reflection and collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow the school's policies and procedures for student evaluation and record-keeping, meeting all due dates as required; including the administration of standardized tests.
  • Assess the needs of the class and prepares requests for materials, furnishings, and supplies within the framework of the budgeting process; updates inventory list and submits to director.
  • Participates in the continuous development of materials for the school.


Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Montessori trained and certified; previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting preferred.
